Same comment as for ports/74695: the 'java' port category is okay in my
opinion. OTOH I agree the port could indeed require a repocopy into
lang/netrexx. But the maintainer has to approve it so as linimon pointed out
it's better to contact him beforehand (or by CCing him while sending the PR).

Same as for ports/74695, could you provide a patch to update the website URL?
