No, the Mozilla port should create a symlink from the /usr/local place
to /usr/X11R6/lib/browser_plugins.  This is only done if the plug-in was
installed when you installed Mozilla.

Check that you have /usr/X11R6/lib/browser_plugins/libjavaplugin_oji.so,
and that it points to the correct place.  Then do an ldd
/usr/local/jdk1.4.2/jre/plugin/i386/ns610/libjavaplugin_oji.so to make
sure all the libs are found.
