All your devices (Seagate ST15150N, HP C1533A and Toshiba 3601) support 
FAST synchronous transfers. 

I'm using a HP 1533 DAT myself, and though the documentation mentions a 
max. synch. transfer rate of 7.5MB/s, it successfully negotiates 10MB/s 
and has always worked flawlessly in my system ...
