Contact Kirk McKusick (mckusick@mckusick.com).  He allows free use of
the daemon image for products which contain BSD source code.  It looks
as if your CD won't, so I'm afraid he probably won't allow its use,
but that's his decision.

Oh, and by the way, to quote him:
