 That is part of the problem, I tried to select 24h output and was
 unsuccessful at doing so.
 
 Then I patched up everything I could find to just use 24h time to
 match the rest of the system
 since at the time I was looking into it, it was not or did not seem
 possible to just change a
 environment variable or other things.
