All you'd have to do is to ensure that any posts to your local
newsgroups do *not* propogate to the USENET at large. One way to do
this is to ensure that posts to your local newsgroups have
	Distribution: local
as the default distribution, with help from  the "distrib.pats" file.
Your "newsfeeds" file will also need to be altered to not feed local
articles to the outside world.
