Subject: Do I need alternate architecture source in /usr/src/sys ??

Cvsupping a 5.2 box after today's Advisory,
I noticed (perhaps for the first time), that
files were downloaded for other architectures
(amd64, sparc64, etc.).

I guess the logic of *why* it's there is easy
enough, but if I don't anticipate needing
those architectures, can I do without those
folders?

Just curious. I dunno that they take up
much space, or much b/w during the
cvsup (although here at home I'm going
to have to cvsup via modem) ....

Sorry if this is a FAQ or just a stupid ?? :-o
