I was trying to load freebsd on my computer using the floppies. After partitioning the disk and setting up directories (namely /, /var etc) , I chose Novice/Minimum Installation. At this point, I was asked to remove the boot floppy and insert the floppy (which I presume is the floppy containing bin files). I removed the boot floppy and put in the floppy containing the first few bin files. Now, at this point, I was told that a holographic shell is being started and that the installation is complete *with some errors*. Now, my question is: why was I not prompted for the remaining floppies containing bin files (there are roughly 13 such floppies!)? How can this situation be rectified? I made sure that bin.info is in the first floppy. Also all the files were placed in a directory named bin on their respective floppies. Please note that my machine is completely empty (read no OS).
