I have never done this, but I once saw a web page in the FAQ giving some
preliminary details.  http://www.freebsd.org/FAQ/FAQ230.html

I would be interested in learning more about this too, so let me know if
you have anymore questions, we can work through this together. :)

Looks like you are missing the CVS repository.  (from what I saw in your
message) You will need to cvsup that as well.
