I feel pretty certain that freebsd code does not have to conform to the
style document in 4.4BSD, so I intend to waste absolutely none of my
life reading it.  If you feel that the 4.4BSD rules about blank lines
need to be part of freebsd's style(9), then submit patches to make it
so, and we'll run it through the voting process like we do other style
changes.
