You can execute /stand/sysinstall again, pick post install config, and then config your mouse. It will rebuilt the moused statements in rc.conf for you. -----Original Message----- From: owner-freebsd-questions@freebsd.org [mailto:owner-freebsd-questions@freebsd.org]On Behalf Of Kai Grossjohann Sent: Thursday, December 18, 2003 12:59 PM To: freebsd-questions@freebsd.org Subject: Two programs trying to handle the mouse? When the system boots, it will show a mouse cursor at some point. Then, later, I see "Starting moused:", and then it will say it's unable to open /dev/psm0 because there's no such file or directory. Does it mean that there is another program than moused displaying the mouse pointer and does it mean that I can turn off moused? Which other program could be displaying the mouse pointer?
