This is the default configuration file for fvwm95, not the binary.

"which fvwm95" should list the complete path to fvwm95, e.g.
"/usr/local/bin/fvwm95". Use the latter line to replace the "exec
/usr/X11R6/bin/wmaker" part in both ~/.xinitrc  and ~/.xsession.
