The machine is really slow. I wanted to install a really light OS such that the man who ones it can use it only for writing text and printing. I tried Linux but KDE or any other Window Manager couldn't start in 800x600. I am thinking for FreeBSD but which one would be better for this thing? 5.X or some 4.X version? How to recompile the kernel so it becomes lighter what options to add and which to remove from the kernel config? Can anybody help me with those things? _____________________________________________________________________________________ http://www.mailbox.gr Αποκτήστε δωρεάν το μοναδικό σας e-mail. http://www.thesuperweb.gr Website με Ασφαλές Controlpanel από 6 Euro και δώρο το domain σας!
