I don't want to HAVE to install Leenucks! I'm having trouble fdisk'ing and labeling my Seagate 31200N drive. Probe sees my Trantor T130B just fine and subsequently identifies my scsi hardrive and cdrom. Switching to the debug screen during fdisk shows a warning about the calculated sectors/cylinder not matching the disk label. For the root file system the calculated value is 4096 versus 2016. For the usr file system the calculated value is 2554 (versus 2016). The disk geometry reported by fdisk is CORRECT! (1022 cyl/63 hd/32 sec). What can I do? I've tried Leenucks (I CAN install it on the scsi drive with some hand tweeks during fdisk) but don't like it - I was using FreeBSD on an IDE drive before I "upgraded" to SCSI.
