Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit Sender: owner-freebsd-questions@freebsd.org X-Loop: FreeBSD.org Precedence: bulk I was installing FreeBSD 2.1.7.1 X-User installation. At the end of the installation it mentioned it couldnot retrieve the compat1x package. The installation went on to complete, but I am concerned that I am missing important files. If someone could fill me in on what compat1x is and how I would go about adding it on to the system. I did an FTP installation via ftp.freebsd.org Thank you for your time, Stephane
