It's not stable at 233, but it ran fine at 200.  You need the fan to
cover the regulator next to the CPU as well; the heatsink on it is not
adequate even at 166MHz.

cgd very accurately described the NoName/Multia as "slower than snot
running down the wall on a cold day".

Note also that you may have problems with some PCI cards; the firmware and
chipset are a bit touchy.
