Hey

The current front page has a link to the FAQ in the Shortcuts section.
While this would be fine if our FAQ was just slight kept up-to-date
(different topic, different day) I think it would be better to replace
this link with a link to the Handbook.

So, does anyone else think that would be a good idea?
