Apparently, LIBTOOLFILES is hardcoded to "configure" rather than relying
on CONFIGURE_SCRIPT - and LIBTOOLFILES aren't made writable before
trying to edit them through USE_LIBTOOL. These two need to be fixed in
bsd.port.mk.
