i updated the title to better reflect the issue, since this doesn't seem to=
 be
directly related to jails; jails are just the first thing on this system to=
 do
I/O on an encrypted filesystem after boot.

i assume this means the assignee should be updated as well, but i'll let
someone else do that since i'm not too familiar with the processes on Bugzi=
lla.
