Does gvim still run for you? I.e., is the Gtk-warning just a warning,
or it keeps you from using Gvim?
What is the output of ldd on your vim binary?

I do not get this warning on my machine, so I'm wondering if you built
Vim with a particular set of WANT_* or options.
