I'm about to add a 3rd hard drive to my system. Since my motherboard's built in IDE ports are all in use, I will need to add a PCI IDE controller card to the mix in order to get this to fly. I have a Maxtor-labeled (but the card and chip is made by Promise) Ultra ATA 133 PCI controller. Is this card supported by FreeBSD? (Running 4.7-PRERELEASE, cvs'd at Sun Sep 8 02:42 PM PDT)?
