It looks like the new IPv6 code in 2.6.0 overrides the IPv4 code.=20 Instead of being either/or, it's one or the other with IPv6 being preferred if supported. Therefore, if you have IPv6 in your kernel, IPv6 support will be chosen, and only IPv6 support will be used. I changed the port to add a knob for enabling IPv6 support, and set IPv4 to be the default. If you upgrade to 2.6.0.0_2, you should be okay.
