Hello!

The following major problems were noticed, during daily Evo-2 use:

1) When mail from account is fetching longer than auto-fetch period (so,
that second mail-fetching thread starts) - fetching hangs forever,
eating much processor time. This should be locked somehow.

2) Changes in auto-fetch period for an account take effect only 2nd next
fetch period.
