I have a shell login account and use pine for mail and news groups. I have asked to have ispell installed for use in pine and they seem reluctant to install it. Is there anyway I can install ispell in $HOME/bin for my own use? If not ispell is there another spell checker that could be installed in $HOME/bin and be used with pine.
