shell archive of c2man port

c2man is an obsolete and unmaintained documentation tool that extracts comm=
ents
from C source code. Do not use this tool in new projects. The only reason f=
or
it
to exist in FreeBSD ports is to allow building GNU FriBidi from a git snaps=
hot.

I am not sure whether we can have an abandoned program added to FreeBSD por=
ts.
Getting c2man work on FreeBSD did take me a few hours, so I thought it woul=
d be
nice to have it in FreeBSD ports to save time of people who need to build G=
NU
FriBidi from git.
