Yes, RELENG_4 is 4-stable and at the current time is 4.3-beta. It will
shortly become 4.3-rc and then 4-3-release. After a short time as
4.3-release it will then become 4.3-stable. In order to pickup
4.2-stable, you will have to specify a date and go back in time.
