Don't know about any specific web pages, but there are many 
differences. Solaris, as in SunOS 5.x (long story, but those who have 
been around a while know what I'm talking about), is a System V UNIX 
based OS. I guess you can start looking at documents that describe the 
major differences between BSD and SysV (SVR4) by doing a search on your 
favorite search engine.
