However, it's not finding all of the icons that it should. It's finding icons in the icewm/lib/icons directory, but not the ones in lib/ledclock, lib/taskbar, or lib/icewm directories. I did put all of these directories in IconPath in the preferences file. I also added a LibPath line to the preferences file (the documentation makes reference to this line, but this line did not appear in the original preferences file.) Still nada.
