If you're using them as a basis to learn, and they don't work, then they aren't much use as a teaching aid. Reference builds are important and they should work with -RELEASE. Several months ago, I took a look and decided that it would be a good idea to give these scripts an overhaul. Unfortunately, I haven't had time, and due to various commitments made over the weekend at BSDcon Europe to other projects, I can't envisage me getting time soon. > That has been my experience with the pico scripts. Actually with the exception of the first paragraph, it was about you getting fired, turning into an e-bay addict and your wife leaving you. It was interesting though. Perhaps you should write a book. As for giving it an overhaul, I think that your registration of the tinybsd.* domains would indicate that your intention is not to pass back your work to picobsd but to make money at the project - good luck to you. If you do want to contribute back to picobsd, great, but otherwise you're just like the rest of us schmucks on this list who can't find the time to give back to the project. -- Paul Robinson To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-small" in the body of the message
