Hello, I am trying to port some software compiled with g++ 2.7.2.1 on FreeBSD which uses the String.h library, but other operating systems such as Solaris with g++ 2.95.1 do not have the String.h library. Is the String.h a FreeBSD specific library or is it just one that is no longer supported by GNU's compiler? If it is no longer supported, is there a replacement or equivalent one? Does anyone know where I can find the sources to the FreeBSD String.h library? Thank you.
