A list of tasks will appear for you to choose from. Select "Partition". You don't need to change partitions/slices; but make sure you mark the BSD and Windows slices as bootable. Do not make any other changes. Then click on "w" to commit the changes. ("w" may not appear as an option -- use it anyway.) You will get a warning message that "w" should only be used for existing installations, which you have -- continue.
