mkisofs-2.01 cannot generate an image for a dvd video. This also causes growisofs to give the same error. The error is:

mkisofs: Unable to make a DVD-Video image.
>How-To-Repeat:
Use mkisofs or growisofs with the -dvd-video switch.
For example,
mkisofs -v -v -o dvd.img -dvd-video DVD/

Use a Linux binary or mkisofs-2.00.3.
