Hi all, I have recently setup a FreeBSD 5.1 client machine that I would like to use LDAP with. I have installed the latest pam_ldap and nss_ldap from ports. I am currently able to id all the users and su to them. But no luck with the shadow password authentication. I already have a Linux and Solaris client authenticating. I really hope that it is possible in FreeBSD 5.1. On the LDAP server I see only the queries for objectClass=posixAccount but none for objectClass=shadowAccount . Thank you very much for any tips. A.
