Sorry, I complained about this so long ago and even pointed out the
problem in the code that i finally got so sick of it that i created the
first partition again and just moved everything over.

I don't have a machine with a setup like that anymore to test (where the
first BSD partition is not bootable)

I might get a harddrive today though i can try it out if it's important.

I'll tell you if i get a chance to reproduce my old broken setup.
