>Description:
Building x11-toolkits/libXmu can fail with some markup-related error ("refusing to fetch remote DTD", "markup matching failed", or something along those lines). It appears that the port depends on textproc/docbook-xml-430, and possibly others, but this is not specified in the Makefile of x11-toolkits/libXmu.

>How-To-Repeat:
Make sure you have textproc/docbook-xml-430 not installed, and try to build x11-toolkits/libXmu.
>Fix:
Add a build dependency (on textproc/docbook-xml-430, and others, as appropriate) specification for x11-toolkits/libXmu.
