I have been struggling to get Kerberos working in a mixed environment, with OpenBSD, FreeBSD and a couple of Linux boxes as well. It has been an absolute pain in the #¤%"¤#"¤". I simplicity was not in mind when this was designed. Anyhow, are there any alternatives for NFS authentication? I have even been thinking about tunneling NFS through SSH. Kind regards.
