Update patch for science/fvm

Bugfix release:
2012-07-03 Yvan Fournier <yvan.fournier@edf.fr>

        * Improve use of libtool options in Makefiles for better build
robustness
related to handling of library dependencies on some architectures, or
when using the GNU gold linker. If linking against a static dependency,
the whole library must be built using --disable shared.

2012-07-02 Yvan Fournier <yvan.fournier@edf.fr>

        * Fix incorrect return value in fvm_file_write_block_*() when not using
MPI-IO in parallel. This bug has only been seen to affect 64-bit
big-endian architectures (such as Blue Gene/Q).
