In theory, the set of bugs in an actual release should be smaller than the set of bugs in a prerelease. If there are still obvious problems with the prerelease we're using, importing 3.2.1 is likely to do more help than harm. But it's up to you and the RE team; I don't care as long as the compiler isn't known to generate incorrect code.
