After cvsup'd 3.2-BETA yesterday, I make world and rebuild the kernel.
When I reboot my box it panic. But it don't panic if I use the old boot
method
(boot: 0:wd(0,a)kernel) which bypass the boot loader (BTX).
I doubt that there is something wrong with the boot loader.

I am using 3.1-STABLE .
