It is easy to verify.  The license is in
	/usr/src/contrib/sys/softupdates/ffs_softdep.c

and is very clear.  McKusick said he would _like_ people that use it
for other commercial purposes to pay for it, but he does not require
it.  If you want to have an easy way of paying for it, the right thing
to do is to contact Kirk.  There is no other way to pay.
