I am not, no.

I was not aware, that the an driver only supports the old firmwares.

Seems the card ships with a rather new firmware:

Software revision:      [ 05:20 ]
Software subrevision:   [ 00:11 ]

This probably amount to firmware 5.20.11, the newest being 5.30.17 on
the download part of www.cisco.com.

If I can persuade a colleague to let me borrow his windows-box, I'll
try the old firmware tomorrow.
