If you had a "sufficient" entry for pam_self(8) in any of your PAM
policies, and you built world in the last twenty hours, you should
remove pam_self(8) from your PAM config until you've built and
installed this fix.

Note that pam_self(8) is not listed in any of the stock PAM policies,
so if you haven't modified your PAM config, you're OK.
