Subject: CVS - Ports Check out question

I recently began using cvsup to download the ports tree. The process
of downloading the ports tree appears to work well.

My problems begin when I check out the ports collection. I issue the
command: "cvs co ports" to check out the ports tree. However, it does
not appear that cvs is bringing over new ports or updating existing
ports. For instance, if I delete the zope port from www, and then run
"cvs co ports", the zope directory is not recreated.

Am I missing something?
