Remove mesa-devel. It's not suitable for X11 forwarding: DRI mostly expects
local GPU, otherwise falls back to swrast (llvmpipe) which mesa-devel (unli=
ke
mesa-dri) doesn't provide.
Sorry, I can't test remote X11 on my side, let alone via XMING or MOBAXTERM.

Unlikely. Remote X11 (except VirtualGL, WSLg) with 3D rendering (via OpenGL)
instead of 2D rendering (via pixman, cairo, skia, etc) is simply not tested
much. Regressions usually come from mesa-* or xorg-server updates.
