I am currently working on a port of the Mixmaster anonymous remailer. For the project homepage, see http://sourceforge.net/projects/mixmaster/ Just as other mail handling programs like majordomo and mailman, mixmaster would greatly benefit from a fixed known UID as listed in http://www.freebsd.org/doc/en_US.ISO8859-1/books/porters-handbook/x1966. html Whom do I need to contact to get a fixed UID assigned to user mixmaster? I am a bit hesitant to just pick an UID out of thin air, since I noticed that there are already conflicts where two ports expect the same UID. [The above URL shows vpopmail at UID 89. mailman also expects UID 89...] Thanks, --Lucky To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-ports" in the body of the message
