You can try this meanwhile the maintainers fix the port:

http://hselasky.homeunix.org:8192/linphone-base.tar.bz

MD5 (linphone-base.tar.bz) = c721d016c57ad4d90da228dd4a2b9508

cd /usr/ports/net

tar -jxvf linphone-base.tar.bz

cd linphone

make all deinstall install clean
