hi, i am running amd64 version of freebsd 5.3-stable and would like to have i386 compatibility. Have read an article about a "build32.sh" in the /usr/src/tools.. but I didn't find it on my system. There is a README though,
# $FreeBSD: src/tools/lib32/README,v 1.1.2.1 2004/11/26 19:33:01 peter Exp $ Set WITH_LIB32=yes in /etc/make.conf and do a buildworld/installworld. Alternatively, if you have just done a buildworld/installworld, you might be able to 'make build32' and 'make install32' in the top of the /usr/src tree.
has anybody ever done that? I am not quite sure and would like to ask before i start it. thanks!!
