Has anyone heard anything about this new tool in the Linux kernel
2.2.14? Apparently it supresses the need to mount/unmount removable media
such as zips, cdroms, and floppies. Would something like this be feasible
as an option for those of us who run FreeBSD as a workstation? I realize
it is a security risk for networks, but i really get tired of having to
jump to a root console every time i want to change my zip disk or floppy.
