BSD/OS has come with tcp_wrappers installed by default for quite
some time; on FreeBSD you have to install it yourself.  You'll
find that it's provided as both a package and a port -- take
your pick and then set it up in the usual way, making allowance
for the different directory structure used on FreeBSD.
