My guess is that you've got a permission wrong somewhere. There's a
tool available from the qmail web site to check permissions on the
queue. Likewise, your .qmail file (if you have one) may have things
clogged up.

Is sendmail still running? Or have you done something to enable
~/.forward? I've found that most of the stuff I used to do with
procmail I can now do with qmail dot-files and a custom script or two.
